Ruth Ann Burns

Ruth Ann Burns, founding member Plasticos Foundation, currently Administrator, has 25 years experience in surgical medical office management. She has been involved with numerous non-profit organizations.

She facilitates travel arrangements, visa applications, and appropriate immunization for travel team members.

Ruth Ann is also active in public relations and fundraising on behalf of Plasticos. In 2010 She became founding president of the Orange County Chapter of Plasticos, a support group for Plasticos Foundation.

Along with her husband, Dr. Burns, Ruth Ann has made numerous site visits to developing countries to evaluate the needs and medical facilities for future trips. She too, has been a vital team participant on many Plasticos missions.
